We understand things happen, you come first!
Please let us know 24 hours or more in advance if you are unable to make your appointment so we can offer the reservation to other guests. If you adjust your reservation within 24 hours , 50% of the service booked will be charged to your card on file.

Cancellations

Again, things happen. However, if reminders have been completed, the full service amount will be charged to the card on file.

No-Shows

Any guest arriving after appointment time is subject to having to reschedule. Each scenario is handled differently and our team will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals.

Late Arrivals

All new guests are required to leave their credit card information in our secure system to finalize your client account. Other forms of payment may be used day of.

Payment is required at the time of your service. We are pleased to honor Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Cash and dsm gift cards are also accepted. Personal Checks are no longer accepted.

Gratuities are not included on any services, but are appreciated. You may provide a tip at the time of payment with the front desk coordinators.

Pricing & Payments

Please feel free to experience our products for two weeks.  If you should choose not to keep your products, please bring them back within 14 days of the original purchase with receipt for an in store product exchange or product credit.

Product Exchange

Guest satisfaction is top priority for us at dsm salon, however miscommunication happens and if you unhappy with your service please let us know within 14 days. We will provide the opportunity to return to the salon and adjust your hair as discussed at your original appointment. dsm salon does not refund any services.

Re-dos

  • We welcome children for services, but please ensure they will be supervised.
  • Children are not able to be in the salon if they are not getting a service.
  •  dsm salon is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • All dsm gift cards purchases are non-refundable.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Gift cards must be present to redeem
  • All gift cards can be used as a dollar value on service and retail.
